Download Portable Inkscape 32-64 Online (0.5 MB) 05/05/20
In first screen enter: 1.0 or 0.92.3
Online installer will download inkscape-0.92.3-x86.7z and/or inkscape-1.0-x64.7z but use them if found in its folder.
Extract and run InkscapePortable.
Settings of installed Inkscape should be preserved.
